Sheraton Fitness
Please join us at Sheraton Fitness Club located at the top floor of our building, with a great city view. Our modern Club is equipped with highest quality Life Fitness facilities with entertainment consoles and strength equipment.
We also have swimming pool (7x4m, 1.25m deep) and two saunas. Our instructors, available during swimming pool opening hours, will assist with preparing an individual work-out plan for you.
Opening hours
Sheraton Fitness is open 24 hours a day. Sauna and swimming pool are open:
Monday - Friday 6:00 - 11:00 i 16:30 - 21:30; Saturday - Sunday 8:30 - 19:30.
Massages
We recommend wide range of massages available from Monday to Friday 17:00 - 21:00
and Saturdays 15:00 - 19.00. Advance booking advised.
Memberships
To non-hotel Guests we offer three types of membership:
- Brown Membership: Valid for 1 month. Price: 400 PLN VAT included. Entitles to full usage the following facilities: swimming pool, sauna, fitness club, trainer's support.
- Silver Membership: Valid for 3 months. Price: 900 PLN VAT included. Entitles to full usage of the following facilities: swimming pool, sauna, fitness club, trainer's support, 10% discount for F&B in Sheraton Poznan Hotel Fusion Restaurant, Qube Bar and SomePlace Else Pub.
- Golden Membership: Valid for 6 months. Price: 1500 PLN VAT included. Entitles to full usage of fitness club facilities: swimming pool, sauna, fitness club, trainer's support.
15 % discount for F&B in Sheraton Poznan Hotel Fusion Restaurant, Qube Bar and SomePlace Else Pub.
Parking, exclusively to Fitness Club members, costs 15 zł per hour.
Aqua Aerobic classes
- Classes on Tuesdays
- Small groups, individual trainer
- Classes in English or Polish
- Classes take place for groups of min. five attendees
- 30 zł per person per hour
- Additional discounts for attendees: 10% discount on massage rates, 10% discount
on food and beverage at hotel outlet - To aqua aerobic club attendees underground parking available for 15 zł
