New Menu in Wave Restaurant

Taj Wave Restaurant invites you to taste new menu as of April 16th.
Ewa Olejniczak, our Chef created extremely fresh and delicate
dishes which will delight all those who like sea food, meat and
those additions that make them an unforgettable experience.

  • Appetizers: Baltic cod ceviche with caramelized white
    eggplant, brioche - 30 PLN
  • Salads: Young leaves of lettuce with marinated sardines
    and strawberry Espuma - 25 PLN

  • Soups: Chilled baby beetroot soup, salmon salad,
    quail egg - 18 PLN

  • Vegetarian: Pancenotti with beetroots and spinach salad,
    roasted boletus sauce - 35 PLN

  • Fish: Fried redfish coated in the quinoa seeds, tamarillo,
    ficoide - 48 PLN

  • Meat: Fillet of chicken, spinach barley, young vegetables,
    apricot sauce - 55 PLN

  • Desserts: Baked forest fruits tart with vanilla ice cream
    - 20 PLN

New Menu in InAzia Restaurant

Sheraton-Sopot-Hotel-Nowe-Menu-Restauracji-InAzia InAzia Restaurant invites you to taste our new dishes. New
menu was prepared by Chef Ewa Olejniczak and Teppanyaki
Master Sanga Panawong, and abounds with sophisticated
aromas of exotic Asian spices and original ingredients.

Dishes from the new menu give our guests one of a kind
opportunity to create their own meals out of supplements
our service gladly supported. For instance, the famous
Tom Yum soup
is consisting of a stock served by waiters
and separately given all needed kinds of seafood and
spices, which you add in proportions you prefer.

Our very unique example of new menu is also Vietnamese
Sai Gon Bo, which is rice noodles served on the lettuce leaf,
however, the game only starts when guest rolls that leaf on
pre-prepared plate having endowed it with slices of spicy
beef, nuts or sprouts.

Another surprise which awaits our guests is Japan
swordfish
salad, served in exceptional manner which is
both unforgettable and prominent detail one and only in
Tricity’s restaurants.

every Sunday at 13:00 till 18:00. Price of 130 PLN

Original steak T-bone

steak Wave Restaurant invites to taste an original, juicy
T-bone steak
. The steak cut from Irish beef consists
of a T-shaped bone with meat on each side. In order
to maintain the delicacy of the meat it is marinated
in oil and aromatic herbs.

Each steak weights 400 grams and is prepared in
a variety of ways, according to the guests' wishes:
bloody, medium or well-done. The medium steak
is most recommended by the chef.

T-bone steak tastes best when served with herbal
butter, stuffed potatoes and a set of vegetables.
